The good news:Guardian angels are assigned to look over each child.

Angels are not specifically explained in the Bible, so their characteristics must be drawn by inference.  Angels act as God's servants and messengers, and have the authority to speak in His name.  Angels, unlike God, may be seen by man. `(Genesis 16:7-14)`

Angels look and have similar strength as men. `(Genesis 32:22-28; 35:1-15; Hosea 12:3-4)`

Angels may be invisible. `(Numbers 22:21-31)`

Angels are individuals and may have names such as Gabriel. `(Daniel 8:15-16; Luke 1:11-38)`

Guardian angels are assigned to each child and are assigned to at least some of God's people.  This would make for billions of angels!  `(Matthew 18:10; Psalms 34:7; Hebrews 1:14)`

Angels may preach. `(Galatians 1:8)`

Angels may fall from grace and be eternally bound in chains. `(2Peter 2:4; Jude 6)`

Satan may masquerade as an angel of light. `(2Corinthians 11:14)`

Satan and his fallen angels will be thrown into the eternal fire. `(Matthew 25:41)`

Cherubim, seraphs, and assorted heavenly creatures have wings, but angels? `(Exodus 25:20; Isaiah 6:2; Revelation 4:8)`
